On 25 May 2018 the new EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) comes into force; New Ball SRL, therefore, would like to provide some information on the data it processes in order to inform you as a supplier /customer.

New Ball SRL is the Data Controller, which collects and processes the supplier’s / customer’s personal contact details during the trade relationship established. All personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How we collect and use personal data

In general, we handle contact data (such as your address, e-mail address and telephone number) and information such as the job title, which the Data Controller may request.
The foregoing personal data are processed if and to the extent that the applicable law provides a legal basis for carrying out such processing, that is:
a) if there is a need to perform the contract that has been concluded;
b) if there is a need to comply with a legal obligation.

How we manage your personal data

Personal data are stored in databases managed by New Ball SRL. The data are also used in paper format. In both cases, we handle personal data supplied in compliance with the data protection standards required by the applicable law.
